Welcome to SOL24, a business-to-business (B2B) jewellery ordering platform owned and operated by SOL24 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOL24 website (the “Site”) and the services offered on or through it.
By registering, logging in, or placing orders on the Site, you (“you” or the “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Eligibility & Registration
1.1. The Site is intended solely for use by registered business entities. Individuals must have legal authority to act on behalf of the business to enter binding agreements.
1.2. To access our platform, Users must register with valid business credentials and create a login ID and password. You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information during registration;
Maintain the confidentiality of your login details;
Be fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
2. Product Listings and Gold Purity
2.1. All jewellery products listed on SOL24 are described and priced solely in terms of gold weight, based on purity of either 999 (24KT) or 995, as clearly indicated for each product.
2.2. The site displays no fixed making charges or additional fees unless separately communicated in formal documentation or invoices.
2.3. Users may freely browse and select designs, share selections with their teams or clients, and place orders accordingly. All design assets shared or viewed on the platform are for B2B evaluation only and remain the intellectual property of SOL24.
3. Pricing & Live Rate Policy
3.1. Gold prices on the platform are dynamic, reflecting real-time live market rates.
3.2. The final applicable rate for any order shall be based on the live gold rate at the time of delivery of the finished goods or at the time the gold is received by the client, whichever is earlier.
3.3. All prices are calculated in grams based on the stated purity (999 or 995). SOL24 is not liable for any perceived loss due to fluctuations in gold prices prior to delivery or settlement.
3.4. Prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice unless a formal order confirmation has been made in writing.
4. Order Placement & Processing
4.1. Registered Users may select products, submit order requests, and initiate purchase workflows through the Site.
4.2. An order is considered provisional until SOL24 receives confirmed advance gold against the order value. Only upon such confirmation will processing begin.
4.3. Confirmation of advance gold may be done through mutually agreed means — such as physical gold transfer, vault credit, or other arrangements validated by SOL24.
4.4. Orders without timely or complete advance gold confirmation may be delayed, revised, or canceled at SOL24’s discretion.
5. Payment & Settlement Terms
5.1. All transactions are settled in gold weight, not in INR or other currency, unless explicitly agreed in advance.
5.2. The advance gold mechanism must be fulfilled by the buyer before SOL24 initiates any manufacturing or dispatch of goods.
5.3. In cases where currency settlement is allowed (rare exceptions), invoicing will reflect the corresponding gram value based on live market conversion at the point of agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, design files, product visuals, and data on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of SOL24 or its licensors.
6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, or reuse any materials for commercial or personal use without written consent.
6.3. Custom designs or shared product selections remain confidential between parties unless licensed separately.
7. User Conduct
You agree that you shall not:
Misrepresent your identity or business status;
Use false documents or impersonate another entity;
Place fraudulent or speculative orders;
Attempt to manipulate prices or scrape website data;
Upload any malicious software or code;
Breach confidentiality obligations.
8. Platform Availability & Disclaimer
8.1. SOL24 aims to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or server downtime.
8.2. All data, content, and features are provided “as is” and “as available.” SOL24 does not warrant that all features will always function without error.
9. Limitation of Liability
SOL24 shall not be held liable for:
Market-related gold price variations before order delivery;
Delay caused by incomplete advance confirmation;
Errors or omissions in data entered by users;
Indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the Site;
Losses due to unauthorized account access or misuse.
10. Termination
SOL24 reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your account access at any time, especially in cases of:
Breach of Terms;
Fraudulent behavior;
Misuse of platform functionalities;
Regulatory violations.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
12. Modifications to Terms
SOL24 may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
